Our 24-inch marble chess tables combine a polished stone playing surface, a matching base and a complete set of carved pieces. They function as playable chess sets while giving a library, office, game room or living area a permanent focal point.
Measure the intended floor area as well as doorways, stairways and other access points before ordering. Leave enough space around the table for two seated players and for comfortable movement. Because these are natural-stone furniture pieces, review the dimensions and current shipping information on the individual product page.
Marble veining and color vary from one table to another. Those differences are part of the material and mean the finished board will not match the photographs line for line. Contrasting stone colors keep the playing squares clear while allowing the table to work as décor between games.
Dust with a soft cloth and use a lightly damp cloth when necessary. Dry the surface promptly, avoid acidic or abrasive cleaners, and lift the pieces instead of sliding them. Protect the carved pieces from drops onto tile or other hard floors.
For board-only options in 12, 16 and 20-inch sizes, shop marble chess sets, or return to all chess sets. For room-planning ideas, read The Chess Set You Leave Out.
