  • Photos, if the issue involves damage, fit, finish, engraving, personalization or order accuracy

For Custom Orders

Contact us before ordering if you need help choosing a sword style, steel type, length, handle material, construction option, scabbard, engraving or compatible combination of features.

For original custom designs, you may send a picture, drawing, reference image or written description of what you want made.

Returns and Refunds

Return and refund eligibility depends on the product and circumstances. Custom, personalized and made-to-order products may have different terms from standard products.
