This katana is forged using the traditional art of pattern welding, combining 11 pieces of steel folded five times to produce an intricate 352-layer Damascus pattern. The steel blend includes high carbon 1095 steel, prized for its superior hardness, alongside layers of carbon steel for added durability and flexibility.
With a Rockwell hardness of 55-56 HRC, the blade is meticulously heat-treated to maintain a razor-sharp edge while offering resilience against heavy impacts. This balance of strength and flexibility makes it an ideal choice for collectors, martial artists, and sword enthusiasts alike.
