We ordered a marble chess set for my son for his birthday. The first time the board was broken but the pieces were fine. They sent me another board no questions asked. Then THAT board came in with the corner brokenā¦the shipping was definitely not done well. The box looked terrible. But again, they are replacing with no cost to me. I couldnāt ask for better customer service!

I did a custom order of this knife, I am happy to see that my knife is a regular order, as the picture seems to be of my knife before engraving as the pattern and the few blemishes are the same. It has served me faithfully and hasnt needed re-sharpening. Woodsman's pal indeed.

Ordered a custom knife for $495. Took a little under 2 months to deliver which was great. The guard was very slightly loose but thatās not anything that canāt be fixed. All in all, amazing job on their behalf. Definitely buying from here again
